Shopping with HÉRRICH is sooo easy!
- Log on to herrichofficial.com.
- To add items to your cart, click on ‘Add to Cart’ with your desired product & quantity.
- To review your items, click on the ‘Bag’ icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
- Add in your preferred samples (available while stocks last) and if you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code at checkout page.
When you’re ready to place your order: - Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
- Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
An order confirmation number is only generated for online orders – once you’ve successfully placed your order online, you will receive an email containing the details of your order.
You can also track your order status via Orders if your order was made while signed in.

You can track your order status via Orders if your order was made while signed in. Your order status should show ‘Paid’ and you should have received an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order.
Order status showing ‘Paid’ but didn’t receive a confirmation email?

Typically, the ‘Payment Pending’ status occurs when payment is unsuccessful. However, if payment is in fact unsuccessful, you should have received an email from us with instructions to reattempt payment.
Unable to retry payment or didn’t get a payment failure email?
Please refrain from re-creating your order to prevent duplication! Get in touch with our Customer Service Team and we’ll send you a link for another attempt at payment!
Paid but order status has not been updated after 24 hours?
Our Customer Service Team can help to verify your payment and resend an order confirmation email. Please reach out to Customers Service Team and select ‘Order Whereabouts’ as the concern.
Unfortunately, once you successfully make an order, we’re not able to make any further changes like shipping method upgrades or change in quantities for your beauty haul. As HÉRRICH is not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to incorrect addresses provided, we always suggest reviewing your cart and shipping details before you check out!
Please check the terms and conditions of your voucher regarding redemption eligibility including but not limited to:
– Voucher Expiration Date
– Membership Pass Status
– Applicability of voucher to items in the cart
– Other exclusions such as not using the voucher with other discounts, promotions, or loyalty rewards redemption
